Lancaster – The Road Less Traveled – Part 1
Tuesday, April 4
Yes, there’s a Part 2 but it’s a secret for a later date!
We’ll depart the Center at 6:30AM. We’ll make a quick coffee/bathroom stop and arrive in the Lancaster area around 11:00AM.
We’ll pick up our step-on guide for a tour of the back roads of Amish Country. See how the Amish farm their fields, plant their crops and tend their herds. We’ll stop at an Amish quilt and craft shop.
Around noon, we’ll have lunch at a local Amish farm before going to the Sight and Sound Theatres for the 3:00PM performance of Moses.
After the show, we’ll head for home, making a fast food stop along the way. We’ll arrive back at the Center around 10:00PM.
Price includes round-trip transportation, step-on guide, farm lunch, ticket to Moses, driver and step-on guide gratuities.
